There are noises when operating the menu back switch in the Audio/COMAND control panel. Customers perceive these noises as squeaking/creaking.
CAUSE
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be a minimal burr that can remain on the button trim.
REMEDY
- Insert a piece of dry paper between the back menu switch in the Audio/COMAND control panel (A40/9) and move the cover (see attachment A area). In doing so, the minimal burr is detached.
