Service Provider: RO Annotation Detail

This GET web service endpoint fetches data for a single annotation on a RO based on the annotation ID.

NOTE: To be consistent with Service Provider: RO/Case Labor Operation Detail, the API should return a//annotations sorted by Op/Line Code by descending order of occurrence. TMC does not recommend to request and return each comment separately to limit resource impact and limit network traffic.
