Remove/Install Rear Door Triangular Window - AR67.30-P-2570MFC

CAUTION Risk of injury  from contusions to hands if window glass is not secured Secure window to prevent it from falling down. AS67.00-Z-0002-01A 
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove rear door side window.   AR67.30-P-0006MFC 
2 Remove covers (2).    
3 Loosen screw/bolt (3). IMPORTANT Do not remove bolt (3).  
4 Release nut (4). IMPORTANT Do not remove nut (4).
SPECIAL TOOL Socket wrench

5 Loosen nut (5). IMPORTANT Do not remove nut (5).  
6 Remove triangular window (1) upward.    
INSTALLING Install     
7 Replace nuts (4, 5). Position nuts (4, 5) on threads on triangular window (1) by just a few revolutions.  
8 Remove screw (3) at triangular window (1) and position on new triangular window (1). When replacing triangular window (1).  
9 Insert triangular window (1) into window channel and position. NOTES
When inserting the triangular window (1), ensure that the seal is not damaged.
Otherwise noises from water entry can occur.
 
10 Tighten nut (4) lightly by hand. IMPORTANT Nut (4) is tightened after adjustment of triangular window (1).

11 Tighten nut (5) lightly by hand. IMPORTANT Nut (5) is tightened after adjustment of triangular window (1).  
12 Manually slightly tighten screw (3). IMPORTANT Screw (3) is tightened after adjustment of triangular window (1).  
13 Install rear door side window.   AR67.30-P-0006MFC
