	Remove/install
1	Detach ground line from battery	Engine 274.9 in model 238	AR54.10-P-0003LWO
		Engine 274.9 in model 213	AR54.10-P-0003LW
2	Remove center and rear lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LWE
3	Detach electrical lines (4, 5) from starter (1)		AR15.30-P-7100-03MRD
		Nut, connection for terminal designation 50	*BA15.30-P-1002-01J
		Nut, connection for terminal designation 30	*BA15.30-P-1001-01J
4	Remove screw/bolts (6) and remove starter	Bolt, starter to crankcase/transmission	*BA15.30-P-1003-01J
5	Turn engine at center bolt of the crankshaft and check starter ring gear on flywheel/drive plate for damage	When replacing the starter (1).
		Socket wrench bit If damage is present ↓ Replace flywheel/drive plate.	Fig 2

6	Install in the reverse order
