REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Pull low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir upward out of the elastomer bearings and place to one side with connected coolant lines.   AR09.41-P-0001MNI
2 Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) and unclip at brackets.    
3 Expose electric line of knock sensor 4 (A16/4). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace cable tie.  
4 Remove screw (2) and remove knock sensor 4 (A16/4) INSTALLATION NOTES :
The contact surface must be free from soiling.
Otherwise knock sensor 4 w malfunction (A16/4).
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, knock sensor to crankcase

5 Install in the reverse order.    
6 Read out and delete fault memory.

Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. 7 Perform an engine test run and check the engine for proper function.
