Tip Leakage
Wipe nozzle tip dry. Operate test pump to maintain pressure at 200 psi (14.1 kg/cm2 ) below opening pressure. The nozzle should remain dry without an accumulation of fuel drops at spray holes.
NOTE:
DO NOT
wipe tip with fingers as this will tend to draw fuel through the orifice and indicate a false leak.
