Removal & Installation: Injectors: Removal

Remove injection lines from injection pump and nozzles. Cap all lines and fittings. Remove nuts attaching fuel return line to injectors.
Remove return line and seals. Remove injectors with 27 mm socket. Remove gaskets and washers from nozzle seat.

NOTE: Ensure there is only one washer between fuel injector and cylinder head. If more than one washer is used, engine will have poor acceleration and rough idle.
