Wipers Run With Switch Off

Test switch. See WIPER SWITCH TEST. If switch is okay, go to next step. Replace switch as necessary.
Test motor. See FRONT WIPER MOTOR TEST. If motor is okay, go to next step. Replace motor as necessary.
Unplug wiper motor connector. Unplug WWA connector, located in engine compartment on front of left strut tower. Inspect Red wire between WWA harness connector and motor connector for short to ground, short to other wires, or open circuit. If wire is okay, replace WWA. Repair Red wire as necessary.
