Check SPOUT Signal

Turn ignition off. Disconnect ignition control module. Connect a test light to battery positive terminal and probe the SPOUT circuit at ignition control module. Crank engine. If test light does not flash, go to next step. If test light flashes when engine is cranking, replace ignition control module.
