• 16 11 Fuel Tank, Fuel Filler Pipe
  • 16 11 030 Removing and installing fuel tank (US version Natural Vacuum Leak Detection) (Cooper 2-door hatchback models 2020-2023, except JCW GP)
  • 16 11 060 Removing and installing or replacing fuel filler pipe (Cooper 4-door hatchback and Cooper 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)
  • 16 11 030 Removing and installing fuel tank (Cooper JCW GP 2-door hatchback)
    • Remove fuel tank
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Installing the fuel tank

    • Remove fuel tank
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Installing the fuel tank

    • Remove the front purge air line
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Install the front purge air line

    • Unlock and disconnect the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Remove front fuel supply line
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Installing the front fuel supply line
  • 16 12 151 Replacing tank ventilation line (Active carbon filter - atmosphere) (Cooper 4-door hatchback and Cooper 2-door hatchback, 2020-2023)
    • Unlock and disconnect the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Remove the tank vent line
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Installing the tank ventilation line

    • Unlock and disconnect the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Remove the front purge air line
    • Connect and lock the fuel line with snap fastener
    • Install the front purge air line
