Rear Wiper Switch Test: Mirage

Remove switch from instrument panel and disconnect wiring connector. Place switch in OFF position. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 3 and 8. Place switch in ON position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 3. Depress washer switch. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 2. Continuity between terminals No. 5 and 6 should exist in all positions (light circuit). See Figure .
