Motor Relay
- Remove relay. see Fig 1 . Using a DVOM, check resistance between relay terminals No. 1 and 3. See Figure . Resistance should be 49-99 ohms. Check for continuity between terminals No. 4 and 5. Continuity should not exist.
- Apply battery voltage and ground between relay terminals No. 1 and 3. Check for continuity between terminals No. 4 and 5. Continuity should be zero ohms. If relay does not test as specified, replace relay.
