Fuel Level Sensor Replacement
- Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY .)
- Remove the hole cover (RH).
- Disconnect the fuel level sensor (sub) connector and fuel tank differential pressure sensor connector.

CAUTION: When with drawing the fuel level sensor (sub) from the fuel tank, be careful not damage the sensor unit and the float. - Remove the fuel level sensor (sub) mounting bolts and remove the fuel tank gauge unit from service hole.
CAUTION: When inserting the fuel level sensor (sub) into the fuel tank, be careful not damage the sensor unit and the float.
- Install the fuel level sensor to the fuel tank through the service hole.
- Connect the fuel level sensor (sub) connector and fuel tank differential pressure sensor connector.
- Install the hole cover (RH).
- Tightening torque: 1.5 +/- 0.5 N.m (14+/- 4 in-lb)
- Install the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY .)
