Alignment Of Liftgate Latch And Liftgate Striker

Remove the rear end trim (Refer to TRIMS ).
If the striker and latch do not align properly, replace the striker and striker installation bolts with replacement parts (striker: MR523105, striker installation blot: MU000474).
Tighten the bolts and move the replaced striker forward and backward or to the left and right to adjust.
After adjusting, tighten the bolts to the specified torque [24 +/- 4 N.m (18 +/- 3ft-lb)].

NOTE: If the bolt head interferes with the rear end trim, remove the interference area with a round file.
