Removal And Installation: Notes

CAUTION:

• Before replacing the transaxle assembly, you should make a note of the serial No. which is stamped on the new transaxle assembly (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CVT LEARNED VALUE ).
• When the transaxle assembly is replaced, carry out the following operations.
  • Initialization Procedure for CVT Learned Value (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CVT LEARNED VALUE .)
  • Learning Procedure (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CVT LEARNED VALUE .)

Pre-removal and post-installation operation  Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Removal and Installation (Refer to - Under Cover REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ). Transmission Fluid Draining and Refilling (Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE ). Engine Coolant Draining and Refilling (Refer to - ON-VEHICLE SERVICE, ).
