Transaxle Fluid Change

Remove the drain plug and gasket, to drain the fluid.
Install the drain plug and new gasket, and tighten to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 35 ± 4 N.m (26 ± 2 ft-lb)
Remove the filler plug and gasket, and fill the fluid up to the lower edge of the filler plug hole.

Quantity: Approximately 3.1 dm3 (3.28 qt)

NOTE:
1. If the front transaxle assembly or the valve body assembly is replaced, refill the fluid and then install the filler plug with the gasket.
  Quantity: Approximately 3.1 dm³ (3.28 qt)
2. Drive the vehicle at 40 km/h for at least five minutes, and then refill the fluid up to the lower edge of the filler plug hole.
Quantity: Addition of approximately 0.4 dm3 (0.42 qt)
Install the filler plug and new gasket, and tighten to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 32 ± 2 N.m (24 ± 1 ft-lb)
