Removal And Installation

WARNING: Be careful not to subject the SRS-ECU to any shocks during removal and installation of the transaxle control cable assembly.

CAUTION:

To remove and installation the SRS-ECU, refer to SERVICE PRECAUTIONS and SRS Control Unit SRS CONTROL UNIT (SRS-ECU) .

Post-installation operation

Shift lock mechanism check (Refer to SHIFT LOCK MECHANISM CHECK .)
Selector lever operation check (Refer to ELECTRONIC CONTROL COUPLING SOLENOID (CENTER) CHECK <VEHICLES WITH S-AWC> .)
Transmission range switch and control cable adjustment (Refer to TRANSMISSION RANGE SWITCH AND CONTROL CABLE ADJUSTMENT .)
