Parallel Hybrid Run Check Mode

To activate/deactivate the parallel hybrid run check mode, follow the procedure below:

<To activate with the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE)>

• Activate item No. 30 "Parallel run check mode" on the "Special Function" - "Test" menu for the PHEV-ECU.

<To deactivate with the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE)> 

• Deactivate item No. 30 "Parallel hybrid run check mode" on the "Special Function" - "Test" menu for the PHEV-ECU.
• Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF.
• After the drive mode is switched to the parallel hybrid mode once, stop the vehicle [vehicle speed: 0 km/h (0 mph)].
