The fuel shut-off system operates when engine runs at higher than 2200 RPM and the throttle valve is closed. These conditions are detected by the engine revolution switch and the throttle valve switch, respectively. When the engine speed goes below 1650 RPM (Man. Trans.) or 2200 RPM (Auto. Trans.), the fuel shut-off system does not operate.
