Idle-Up Solenoid Valve
Disconnect 15-pin connector and check voltage between terminal I and ground when ignition is on. See Figure . If there is battery voltage, test is complete. If not, check harness and repair if necessary. If okay, check EFI relay. See Figure . If okay, check idle-up solenoid valve for continuity. If no good, replace valve. See Fig 1 .
