Check Engine Light
All applicable vehicles are equipped with a CHECK ENGINE light on the instrument panel. Light comes on as a bulb check when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position. Light also comes on when systems related to the emission controls are malfunctioning during normal vehicle operation (MODE I).
