Overdrive Switch Test
- Check continuity between terminal No. 1 (Black/Yellow wire) and terminal No. 2 (Black wire) at overdrive switch. Continuity should exist with switch in OFF position. Continuity should not exist with switch in ON position. Replace switch as necessary.
- Turn ignition to ON position. Check voltage between ATCU terminal No. 40 and ground while overdrive switch is in ON position. Battery voltage should be present. With overdrive switch in OFF position, one volt or less should be present. If voltage is not as specified, repair circuit as necessary.
