Diagnostic Tests: Notes

NOTE: On vehicles with NVIS system, all ignition keys to be used with vehicle must be reprogrammed when PCM is replaced. See appropriate ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Also, IACV-AAC valve idle air volume learning procedure must be performed when PCM is replaced. See ON-VEHICLE ADJUSTMENTS article.
NOTE: Use illustrations to locate and identify PCM harness connector terminals. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . To identify circuits and wire colors referenced in testing, see ENGINE PERFORMANCE in SYSTEMS WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
