Front Power Window Motor (Driver Side) Circuit Check

  1. CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH OUTPUT SIGNAL 
    1. Turn igniting switch ON.
    2. Check voltage between power window main switch connector D6 terminals 8,11 and ground.
      CONNECTOR, TERMINALS CONDITION AND VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

      Opening 0
      11 (G/W) Closing 0
      Opening Battery voltage

    OK or NG

    1. OK: GO TO 2.
    2. NG: Replace power window main switch.
  2. CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect power window main switch and front power window motor (driver side) connector.
    3. Check continuity between power window main switch connector D6 terminal 8, 11 and front power window motor (driver side) connector D8 terminals 1, 2.

      8 (G/R) - 2 (G/R) Continuity should exist. 

      11 (G/W) - 1 (G/W) Continuity should exist.

    OK or NG

    1. OK: Replace front power window motor (driver side).
    2. NG: Repair or replace harness between power window main switch and front power window motor (driver side).
