Disassembly and Assembly: Assembly

Install oil cooler (A/T model only).
- Pay attention to direction of conical washer .

Clean contact portion of tank.
Install sealing rubber.
- Push it in with fingers .
- Be careful not to twist sealing rubber .

Crimp the tank rim in a specified sequence with the Tool.

- Use pliers in the locations where the Tool cannot be used.
Make sure that the tank rim is completely crimped down.

Standard height "H": 8.0 - 8.4 mm (0.315 - 0.331 in)
Check for any coolant leakage. Refer to CHECKING COOLING SYSTEM FOR LEAKS .
