Current Codes Using Consult Tester

- Turn ignition off. Connect CONSULT tester to Data Link Connector (DLC), located under left side of instrument panel. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition on. Touch START (NISSAN BASED VHCL) on CONSULT tester. Touch AIRBAG. Touch SELF-DIAG (CURRENT).
- If any problems are present, message will be displayed in SELF-DIAG (CURRENT) mode. See PRESENT FAULT MESSAGES . Touch PRINT. Touch BACK until SELECT SYSTEM appears. Turn ignition off. Turn off CONSULT tester. Disconnect CONSULT tester from DLC. Disconnect both battery cables. After repair is complete, perform final check. Go to FINAL CHECK .
