DTC Confirmation Procedure: Notes

NOTE:
- If DTC P0442 is displayed with P1448, perform trouble diagnosis for DTC P1448 first. (See DTC P1448: EVAP CANISTER VENT CONTROL VALVE ).
- If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.
TESTING CONDITION:
- Perform "DTC WORK SUPPORT" when the fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4 full and vehicle is placed on flat level surface.
- Always perform test at a temperature of 0 to 30°C (32 to 86°F).
