Glass Alignment

- Adjust Level Difference - Using a Torx driver, adjust the level difference by tightening or loosening the bolts. See Fig 1. Clearance should be between -2 to 2 mm (-0.079 to 0.079 in.).
- Adjust Forward Or Rearward - Adjust by loosening the moon roof installation nuts and move the moon roof bracket forward and rearward. When the front or rear alignment is not correct, remove the glass and adjust the drive rail. Using a screwdriver, slide the link forward or backward to align the 2 marks as shown. See Fig 2. Slide the bracket to the forefront with your hand.
- Adjust Right Or Left - Adjust by loosening the moon roof rear shoe installation nuts, and move the moon roof to the right or left.
- Adjust Clearance - Adjust the difference in the left and right clearance. Adjust by loosening the moon roof set nuts and readjust the moon roof to the proper position.
