Removal and Installation: Installation

- Loosen lock nut to adjust input rod length so that the length "B" satisfies the specified value.
Length "B" : 150 mm (5.91 in)
- After adjusting "B", temporarily tighten lock nut and install booster assembly to the vehicle.
- Install a gaskets and spacer block between booster assembly and the dash panel.
- Connect brake pedal with clevis of input rod.
- Install brake booster nuts.
- Install brake piping from brake master cylinder to actuator and electric unit. Refer to , "HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT "
- Connect vacuum hose to brake booster.
- Install master cylinder to booster assembly. Refer to , "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION "
- Adjust the height of brake pedal. Refer to , "INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT "
- Tighten input rod lock nut.
- Refill new brake fluid and bleed air. Refer to , "BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM "
