Hazard & Horn Reminder: Notes

Power is supplied at all times to horn relay terminals No. 1 and 3, through 7.5-amp fuse No. 52 (located in the fusible link and fuse box) and to horn relay terminal No. 6, through 10-amp fuse No. 54 (located in the fusible link and fuse box).
When SECU receives "LOCK" or "UNLOCK" signal from remote controller with all doors closed, ground is supplied to horn relay terminal No. 2, through SECU terminal No. 42 and to SECU terminals No. 47 and 48 from hazard warning lamp system.
Horn relays are now energized and hazard warning lamp flashes and horn sounds as a reminder. The hazard and horn reminder has "C" mode (horn chirp mode) and "S" mode (non-horn chirp mode). See Fig 1 .
