All Step Lamps Do Not Operate

- CHECK EACH DOOR SWITCH
Select "BCM" on CONSULT-III. With "INT LAMP" data monitor, make sure switches listed below turn ON-OFF linked with switch operation.
EACH DOOR SWITCHSwitch name CONSULT screen Front door switch LH DOOR SW-DR Front door switch RH DOOR SW-AS Rear door switch RH DOOR SW-RR Rear door switch LH DOOR SW-RL OK or NG
OK: GO TO 2.
NG: Inspect malfunctioning switch system.
- CHECK STEP LAMP INPUT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Check voltage between front step lamp LH harness connector D11 terminal 1 and ground.
1 - Ground: Battery voltage should exist.

OK or NG
OK: GO TO 3.
NG: GO TO 4.
- CHECK STEP LAMP CIRCUIT
- Disconnect BCM connector and front step lamp LH connector.
- Check continuity between BCM connector M20 (A) terminal 62 and front step lamp LH connector D11 (B) terminal 2.
2 - 62: Continuity should exist.

OK or NG
OK: Replace BCM if front step lamp does not work after setting the connector again. Refer to "BCM ".
NG: Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK STEP LAMP CIRCUIT
- Disconnect BCM connector and front step lamp LH connector.
- Check continuity between BCM connector M20 (A) terminal 56 and front step lamp LH connector D11 (B) terminal 1.
56 - 1: Continuity should exist.

OK or NG
OK: Replace BCM if front step lamp does not work after setting the connector again. Refer to "BCM ".
NG: Repair harness or connector.
