Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
When installing the transaxle to the engine, use the specified tightening torque in the numerical sequence as shown.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install converter to drive plate bolts.
Converter to drive plate bolts 5 A/T : 54 N.M (5.5 kg-m, 40 ft-lb)
NOTE: With converter installed, rotate crankshaft several turns to check that transaxle rotates freely without binding. - Install rear cover plate.
Rear cover plate bolt : 6.91 N.M (0.70 kg-m, 61 in-lb)
- Install crankshaft position sensor (POS).
Crankshaft position sensor (POS) bolt : 9.6 N.M (0.98 kg-m, 85 in-lb)
- Tighten the front suspension member nuts and bolts to specification. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
- Install the stabilizer bar bushings and clamps in the specified orientation. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
- Tighten the stabilizer bar and connecting rod nuts and bolts to specification. Refer to "COMPONENTS ".
- Tighten the steering gear bolts to specification. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
