Removal And Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

If necessary, install the stud bolts.
1. Stud bolts : 9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kg-m, 87 - 104 in-lb)
Install intake manifold bolts in three steps in the order shown.
1. Step 1 : 4.9 - 9.8 N.m (0.5 - 0.99 kg-m, 44 - 86 in-lb)
2. Step 2 : 26.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.2 kg-m, 20 - 23 ft-lb)
3. Step 3 : 26.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.2 kg-m, 20 - 23 ft-lb)
