Lateral Link: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Control rod bushings are not replaceable. If bushings are worn or damaged, replace control rod. When installing control rod, smaller I.D. bushing side goes into torsion beam and larger I.D. bushing side goes into lateral link. Install lateral link with arrow pointing up. Ensure that lateral link and control rod are horizontal against torsion beam. Tighten nuts and bolts to specification with vehicle on ground. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
