Hazard and Horn Reminder: Notes

BCM output to IPDM E/R for hazard and horn reminder signal as DATA LINE (CAN H line and CAN L line).

The hazard and horn reminder has C mode (horn chirp mode) and S mode (non-horn chirp mode).
