Master Cylinder: Disassembly

  1. Bend claws of stopper cap outward and remove stopper cap.

  2. Drive out spring pin from cylinder body (with ABS).

  3. Draw out reservoir tank and seals.
  4. Remove piston stopper pin while piston is pushed into cylinder (with ABS).

  5. Remove piston assemblies.
    • If it is difficult to remove secondary piston assembly, gradually apply compressed air through fluid outlet.
