With GST

Check voltage between ECM terminal 69 (PNP switch signal) and ground under the following conditions.

SHIFT LEVER VOLTAGE REFERENCE

Condition (Shift lever)	Voltage V (Known-good data)
P or N position (A/T, CVT) Neutral position (M/T)	Approx. 0
Except above	BATTERY VOLTAGE (11 - 14V)

If NG, go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE ".
