REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY KEYFOB REPLACEMENT

The remote piece of a Remote Keyless Entry System (RKES) keyfob is now available separately as a service part for the Applied Vehicles.

If the remote piece needs to be replaced for any reason:

Replace only the remote piece and the screw with the ones listed in the Parts Information section.

NOTE: Do not replace the entire RKES keyfob if only the remote piece is needed.

To Install the New Remote Piece:

Remove the screw on the back of the remote piece that is being replaced.

Pull apart the key piece and remote piece.

Fig 3: Pulling Apart Key Piece And Remote Piece
Insert the key piece into the new remote piece.
Attach the new screw.
