Component Function Check

1. Select "HOOD SW" in the "Data Monitor" mode using CONSULT-III.
2. Check the hood switch signal under the following condition.
   HOOD SWITCH SIGNAL CONDITIONS
   
   

   Test item	Condition		Status
   HOOD SW	Hood	Open	ON
   		Close	OFF

Is the indication normal? 

YES: Hood switch is normal.

NO: Go to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
