Removal and Installation: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION: Before replacing BCM, perform "READ CONFIGURATION" to save or print current vehicle specification. Refer to "CONFIGURATION (BCM) : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
  1. Disconnect the 12-volt battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the combination meter. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
  3. Remove the BCM screws (A) using a suitable tool, and pull out the BCM (1).
  4. Disconnect the BCM connector and remove the BCM (1).
