Component Inspection
- CHECK G SENSOR
With CONSULT
- Remove G sensor.
- Reconnect all harness connectors disconnected.
- Place the G sensor on a flat table.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Select "G SENSOR" in "DATA MONITOR" mode of "ENGINE" using CONSULT to check indications according to the following conditions:

Without CONSULT
- Remove G sensor.
- Reconnect all harness connectors disconnected.
- Place the G sensor on a flat table.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check the voltage between ECM harness connector terminal and ground.

YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Replace G sensor.
