Distance Sensor Initial Vertical Alignment

NOTE:

The Distance sensor initial vertical alignment procedure must be performed anytime the Distance sensor is removed and reinstalled.

The Distance sensor (1) is located near the right front head lamp behind the front bumper fascia.

Place the carpenters level (2) against the face of the Distance sensor (1).

Turn the Distance sensor adjustment screw (3) to level the sensor.

Ensure the Distance sensor electrical connector located on the bottom of the sensor is connected.
Reinstall the front bumper fascia.
Perform the Distance sensor alignment procedure. Refer to DESCRIPTION .
