Disassembly And Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - SEAT ASSEMBLY .
  2. Remove the headrest.
  3. Release the lower seatback trim retainer straps (C) from the seat frame assembly.

  4. Unzip the seatback zippers (A), then release the J-hook retainers (B).
  5. Release the headrest holder locks as shown below and remove the headrest holders.

    CAUTION:

    Before removing/installing the headrest holder, check its orientation (front/rear and right/left).

  6. The remaining seatback is serviced as part of the seat assembly.
