Shift lock solenoid

The shift lock solenoid operates according to the signal from the BCM and moves the lock lever.

Shift lock release button

Forcibly releases the shift lock when pressed.

Park position switch

The park position switch detects that the selector lever is in "P" position.

BCM

When the stop lamp switch signal is received by the BCM, the BCM supplies power to the shift lock solenoid coil.

Stop lamp switch

When the stop lamp switch supplies power to the BCM, the BCM supplies power to the shift lock solenoid.
