Work Procedure

CAUTION: When replacing the following parts, remove a two-dimensional code label on intake manifold.

Camshaft
Timing chain
Engine assembly ^*

*: When replacing engine assembly except the intake manifold.

PERFORM VALVE TIMING OFFSET DATA CLEAR
With CONSUL
1. Turn ignition switch ON
2. Select "VALVE TIMING OFFSET DATA CLEAR " in "WORK SUPPORT " of "ENGINE " using CONSULT.
3. Touch "START " and clear valve timing offset value.
END
