CHECK FUNCTION

CONSULT

Select "Hood switch" and "HOOD SW (CAN) " in "Data Monitor" mode of "IPDM E/R".
Check "Hood switch" and "HOOD SW (CAN) " indication under the following condition.

Monitor item	Condition		Indication
Hood switch	Hood	Open	Close
Hood switch		Close	Open
HOOD SW (CAN)		Open	OPEN
HOOD SW (CAN)		Close	CLOSE

Is the indication normal?

YES>>

Hood switch is OK.

NO>>
