Throttle Body: Installation
- To install, reverse removal procedure; use new gasket. Tighten retaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table at end of article. Refill cooling system.
- If installing new Idle Air Control (IAC), ensure IAC pintle length setting before installing. See IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE under FUEL SYSTEM (PFI) . Adjust idle speed and TPS (if removed). See procedures in ADJUSTMENTS article.
