Parking Brake (Disc): Notes

NOTE:
Brake pads must be new or parallel to within .006" (0.15 mm) thickness of each other. Parking brake adjustment will not be accurate with heavily tapered pads. Parking brake free play adjustment should only be made if caliper has been disassembled. Turning adjustment screw clockwise increases free-travel and counterclockwise decreases free-travel. Free play adjustment will not correct a condition such as levers not returning to their stops.
