Removal & Installation

Remove power steering pump (if necessary). See POWER STEERING PUMP  . Remove pressure line fitting from pump. See Fig 1 . Remove "O" ring, flow control valve assembly and flow control spring. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten pressure line fitting to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.
