If code is intermittent this could be caused by an intermittent short to ground, an intermittent open or an intermittent loss of power or ground to the Pass-Key module. Pass-Key module reads ignition key once when the ignition first turns on; therefore, a faulty key pellet and circuits to the ignition lock can cause a no-start condition but cannot cause a stalling condition.
